Global Monitoring Report (World Bank)

This article confuses notability of poverty with notability of the report on poverty. While the report's results are widely discussed, the report itself is not covered in any detail; in fact, not a single secondary source bothers to report its title. Huon (talk) 18:04, 19 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. Clearly notable, numerous in depth coverage over many years in major newspapers, magazines, books and so on. Not sure what you mean by "not a single secondary source bothers to report its title" - a quick google news search of "Global Monitoring Report" shows hundreds of results, including: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6] etc etc, and in other sources, e.g.: [7].
