This article confuses notability of poverty with notability of the report on poverty. While the report's results are widely discussed, the report itself is not covered in any detail; in fact, not a single secondary source bothers to report its title. Huon (talk) 18:04, 19 October 2015 (UTC)

- Keep. Clearly notable, numerous in depth coverage over many years in major newspapers, magazines, books and so on. Not sure what you mean by "not a single secondary source bothers to report its title" - a quick google news search of "Global Monitoring Report" shows hundreds of results, including: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6] etc etc, and in other sources, e.g.: [7]. Try searching without the (World Bank) part in quotations. FuriouslySerene (talk) 15:45, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
