I believe Sam is Goodstory's changed name as was requested of him/her. As Goodstory he/she has been a low activity editor in good standing for over 9 years. It was only the creation of this article that brought the WP:UAA & WP:COI issues to light. Looking at the entirety of his/her contributions the SPA tag is undeserved.
