fails WP:ORG. I found there are several other organisations of the same name but not operating in Thailand and completely separate from this one. in any case, there is almost no third party coverage [1]. one of the sources in the article is its own website, the other is a press release hosted by a company that published press releases, this is not a third party source and WP:SPS.
