Fails WP:NMUSICIAN / WP:GNG. AllMusic does not have any reviews or a biography and merely confirms that Meisel exists. Other mentions that I have found either are passing mentions or do not go in-depth about Meisel himself, thus not satisfying the "multiple, non-trivial" part of "multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent of the musician or ensemble itself."
