Keep The newspaper seems to get reasonable coverage. It seems quite respectable - see the citations in the Encyclopaedia Of Manipur, for example. The worst case would be merger into a list such as list of newspapers in India, per WP:ATD and WP:PRESERVE. Andrew D. (talk) 22:42, 27 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The publisher is a vanity-press and neither does the author seem to possess any minimal credentials.So, we can't care any less about what he writes and what he chooses to source his writings to.

Keep per WP:NMEDIA, WP:GNG, and WP:NEXIST per ample sources in Google books and elsewhere. In the article now six such sources. All WP:RS sources are relevant per WP:NEXIST. Keep. The citations in the opening graf, if accurate, confer Notability on this newspaper. I am surprised that we don't have more third-party sources, but I am not sure if any journalism trade publications exist in India. BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 02:23, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
