I believe this article constitutes a POV fork from Intellectual property rights. The article's author introduced similar material at IPR and engendered something of an edit war there. The material in Intellectual monopoly privilege consists mainly of the author's own research and that of his close associates (all published, but still all POV). • Merge to Criticism of intellectual property, an article desperately in need of the sources the article we are considering supplies.
