Contested proposed deletion, not mine. This is an essay of original synthesis, a non-notable neologism, and a content fork. Nothing here really makes a case that "International Software Engineering" differs appreciably from software engineering, and issues of translation of software interfaces are dealt with where you'd expect them to be, at internationalization and localization.
