Article appears to exist solely to promote Redmond Burke, Teges Corporation, and related i-Rounds product. Very few (medical-related) ghits other than Burke and Teges. "Internet rounds" appears to have some usage to mean doctor-to-doctor consultations, not doctor-to-patient consultations, such as here .
