After going through and removing resume information, and doing a search online, it looks like this actor appeared in a soap opera for a year, and 2 independent films (which don't even have their own wikipage). Even Gerhardt's personal wesbite doesn't list any other accomplishments. This person does not appear to meet either WP:GNG or WP:ACTOR notability guidelines.
