Weak delete: Two of the given references do I think rise above the press release level and are bylined product reviews. Google Books also identifies several items of what looks like Cyrillic instruction publications for the package. If these can be confirmed as significant then they could contribute to meeting the WP:NSOFT criteria, and I can revise my opinion, but as it stands I think this is not demonstrating notability.
