Not verifiable. Not notable. Quite possibly a hoax. If not a hoax, then something that exists in one guy's head. To top it all off:

• "Date of foundation: 3 February 2009"
• Article creation time: 02:51, 4 February 2009

• Delete There is only one link for this article, and it goes to a site which is not verifiable. In addition, the article appears to be a hoax, as a Google search for Keep Watch Micronation does not reveal anything even close to related to this micronation.
