This was PRODded with the comment, "Unreleased player with no references. Without coverage in reliable, secondary sources, this isn't notable." I agree. The PROD was contested, but Google shows absolutely nothing that would indicate this exists. Looking for information about George Gibbon's involvement in "Project Kryptonite" also returns nothing.
