Does not seem to satisfy GNG. I couldn't find any independent sources that provide significant coverage of Lego pneumatics in general outside of hobby blogs. A few magazines reported on a Lego pneumatic V8 engine (e.g. [1]) but they do not discuss the pneumatics in detail. This should be redirected to Lego Technic#Pneumatics.
