Fails GNG and NEVENT. Tour supporting an album. Sources in article and found in BEFORE are promotional and listings, or mentions related to the album, nothing meeting WP:IS WP:RS with WP:SIGCOV addressing the subject (the tour) directly and indepth.

Redirect. As always, concert tours are not "inherently" notable enough for their own separate articles just because they happen — the notability of a concert tour travels through the ability to demonstrate cultural and social and artistic impact, not just the ability to list a bunch of venues and set lists.
