- Delete A Google Scholar search shows about a dozen instances of the phrase being used in this manner, but they are all by the same author, Emin Gabrielyan. This indicates that the term is one coined by a single scholar, and has not been adopted by the broader field in which they work, and therefor is a non-notable neologism (and perhaps a COI - page was created by User: Gabrielyan.)
