- Delete and Transwiki to another wiki that is more suitable for listing weblinks. Wikipedia is not a webhosting directory. --Solumeiras talk 20:17, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. I presume these Go software deletions are due to cultural bias. There would be an uproar if this were suggested for the equivalent chess engine page, or the Go pages were deleted from the Japanese wikipedia. --IanOsgood (talk) 15:15, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. Actually, the lists of programs on the chess engine page are dubious per WP:EL and WP:NOT#DIR and should probably be removed. HermanHiddema (talk) 17:24, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Update. You are right. I have kept the spam cleanup tag on this page and this should get cleaned. But Chess engine page does have other information worth retaining, hence shouldn't go for AfD.
- Notification: For interested parties, there is now an article Go software and a Category:Go software. Please do not copy lists such as this one into the Go software article. Write articles for notable pieces of Go software and list them under Category:Go software. HermanHiddema (talk) 17:24, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
