Delete Most of the article details what macrophages are and then only the final section goes into detail about their role in kidney transplantation. If that information belongs somewhere then it's at Kidney transplantation, especially considering how short the section is. However even there the general gist of the subject of immunosuppression is already touched upon and the specifics our section goes into are somewhat unneeded. A short mention of macrophages perhaps.
