Has been tagged for notability concerns for a while and I can't find any clear evidence of actually meeting WP:SPORTBASIC. My Arabic searches didn't yield anything about the Qatari footballer of this name and Arabic Wikipedia has no valid sources. All I can find is Soccerway, which fails to give any notability.
