I do not think that this article, claimed to be about a neologism, can be supported by reliable sources to the level where it would be something other than a dictionary definition. In terms of coverage of the term the best I can find is this which itself just seems to be taken from an Urban Dictionary page ([1]). I have been unable to find any sources to back up the claims made in the article a Google serach of "Gone in Sixty Seconds" AND manicorn gives absolutely nothing.
