• Delete The French article is a bit better, nothing we can use for GNG. He's quoted as a specialist for various economic things in La Presse, nothing notable that we can use. Oaktree b (talk) 13:14, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
• Delete with fire and marshmallows on sticks. Features the immortal edit summary by editor 'BoyMar' "Corrected some errors and updated the CV with adequate sources." The CV indeed. Unsourced, unreferenced, unconscionably self-serving and ultimately simply not notable. "As mentioned on his personal webpage at CIRANO..." Good grief.
