The subject of the article does not meet notability guidelines. Firstly, the article is referenced with one reference, which leads to an error when attempted to be accessed. Second, @Robertkeller: has claimed that the article is a bogus page and that the content was tied to a 419 scam in his edit here. Thirdly, notability is not ascertained, which becomes clear with a lack of coverage by any secondary sources when his name is searched on Google.
