- The new article being your declined Draft:Matt_Mercer? This was a redirect to Matthew Mercer until you blanked it. Oppose. If it should have gone to Xfd in the first place, surely it would be WP:RFD. But since your draft has just been declined I don't see why this is even a housekeeping action.
