This seems to be an article on an obscure, disused term that was coined in the late 90s to early 2000s and is only used in two sources, and doesn't even seem to be meaningfully distinct from something like culture jamming or détournement. The second source is particularly weak as it doesn't even really provide anthing other than a definition on a defunct right-wing blog with very little information or further context.
