Unclear thingy (is it an office building or a shopping mall) without any sources or indication of notability. Quick look at google reveals no independent reliable sources, only directories . Fails WP:GNG The Banner _talk 18:47, 9 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. CSD A7 doesn't allow for fast-tracked deletion of buildings that fail to even assert a claim to notability. But that doesn't make the end result any different, just the amount of time to get there. I can find nothing that indicates this is anything more than just another office building.
