Keep The article is poor but there appears to be adequate sources that establish notability.

This one from The Nation" gives a lot of background details.
The Pakistan Today newpaper reports on a raid on the bakeries for selling substandard items
Here's a reference in a book and it says the Nirala Sweets are famous
