- Commment is it a village as described in the article or just a neighborhood? Even the smallest villages get Wikipedia articles, I know of some that aren't even legal entities but just crossroads that are here. If it is a true village with an official government then keep, if it has no government and is just a neighborhood, delete. I can't determine which it is.
