While I read the discussion here, it hit me that Norway has had many even less notable parties. Wikipedia got rid of one of them in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Beer Unity Party, and while One (Written) Language was not a joke party per se, it fared as badly as one, with 103 votes and no independent in-depth coverage. Also nominating:

Contemporary Party (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - 264 votes, no sigcov.

Norwegian Republican Alliance (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - 92 + 64 votes, no sigcov.
