The result was speedy keep. WP:SK3, this nomination is so erroneous that I'm doubtful the nominator even read the first sentence of the article on the legislative chamber. (non-admin closure) Curbon7 (talk) 00:45, 4 June 2022 (UTC)

No sign in the sourcing that he meets WP:NPOLITICIAN. The only position he seems to have held is as a member of the Legislative Council (MLC), which is lower than the State Legislature. Previous nomination was closed as a keep. Let's revisit. TechnoTalk (talk) 22:35, 3 June 2022 (UTC)

- Keep passes WP:NPOL. Mccapra (talk) 22:55, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
- Keep; meets WP:NPOL, as explained in the two previous AfDs. @TechnoTalk, I'm curious why you say that the Legislative Council "is lower than the State Legislature". Our article Maharashtra Legislative Council states that the "Maharashtra Legislative Council is the upper house of the bicameral legislature of Maharashtra state in western India", so it is a part of the state legislature, meaning that Patel passes NPOL.
