No reliable sources provided that the subject of the article exists, and I can't find any.

I should point out, while you will find many reliable sources mentioning the phrase "primitive Catholic", all of the ones I've seen are using it to refer to the early Christian Church, not a contemporary movement of "independent Christian congregations", which is what this article purports to be about.
