Delete. I wish her all the best in her career, but much WP:TOOSOON if at all. She won a low level competition where the entry cost is greater than the prize. Those who "win" have the opportunity to sing one song at a concert, maximum length of a few minutes, and they must pay a fee for entry to the concert and to sing.
