Has not received coverage in reliable secondary sources. The article in the French Wikipedia (created yesterday) contains the same references. I could not find additional sources in French or English. §FreeRangeFrog^croak 22:44, 8 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't be a book concidered as a reliable second source ? Démarche et outil de gestion de portefeuille de projets informatiques
