WikiProject Chemistry and WikiProject Pharmacology require chemical compounds to meet the general notability guideline to be included in Wikipedia. This is not a notable chemical compound. Beyond the one reference in the article (which contains nothing about RG7351 beyond a single listing in a large table of data), there are no reliable sources mentioning this drug candidate. It did not advance beyond the very earliest stages of clinical trials. There is no mention of this compound in scientific journals (no hits in Chemical Abstracts).
