Was tagged as a speedy, but IMO does not qualify. A neologism, and not much more than a dictdef, but has some information about origin. A fair number of google hits, but I am not at all sure how many are about this word in this usage, nor how notable this is. Bringing this here for discussion. Abstain pending further comments.
