Redirect to People's Association (Singapore)#Residents' Committees. The target article People's Association (Singapore) actually has more content about RCs than the one line article. A redirect is appropriate here. Delete Per nomination. I don't support a Redirect as the article title itself is without context/precision and does not relate to Singapore. A search within WP of the term finds many "residents committees" worldwide. The term could be a DAB, these committees were notable and had articles but none of them are, so not even a DAB is warranted. MB 14:11, 26 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
