Notability not established and original-research replacement of a copy-vio page. Merely being the CEO of a corporation does not equate to notability. There are thousands of CEOs, but they have to have accomplished something notable for an entry. Harry the Dog WOOF 20:18, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep CEO of a really notable public company like Air New Zealand is in my opinion notable. and yes, thousands of business executives are notable--probably tens of thousands. why shouldn't they be? It's a position of public importance, and holding it is the notable accomplishment. TOOMANYOFTHEMARENOTABLE is not an argument for deletion. The article is in any case sourceable--I asked the nom, who is an expert on the subject, to try to actually source it, but he didn't choose to. I do not know why. DGG (talk) 20:37, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Because the subject is not notable. Merely getting a job, no matter how important in a corporation, is not notable. What has he actually achieved? Harry the Dog WOOF 20:41, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep per DGG. Being the CEO of an international airline seems to satisfy any reasonable notability requirement. Stifle (talk) 22:15, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep could do with some expansion but it's a valid stub and there's plenty of sources (in addition to simple places where he's just quoted) from which to build an article. StarM 22:33, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, becasue he is CEO of a notable company, but tag as a stub. It ought to be exapnded to say what he has acheived during his serivice with the company. Peterkingiron (talk) 22:52, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy keep, as CEO of a notable company, and one of the more important figures in New Zealand business.-gadfium 22:55, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
