Band is independent of a record label. They are a verified Spotify band and just released their second EP. - As I wrote on your talk page, WP:BADCHARTS states that the iTunes Store is not a chart. They do not meet any notability criteria. This is not a question of the "legitimacy as a band", as you claimed on my talk page, it's a question of their notability. I'm sorry you got the wrong idea.
