Page appears to be WP:COI promotion of an academic project. The initial paper, which seem to be the one titled "A jabber-based multi-agent system platform" (2006) only has some ~35 citations in ACM and about the same number in GS, so I assume this isn't a wp:notable piece of software. All sources cited are wp:primary publications. Someone not using his real name (talk) 21:25, 5 February 2014 (UTC)

- Delete - per nom (lack of secondary sources, most importantly). Also clearly promotional/COI. QVVERTYVS (hm?) 22:38, 5 February 2014 (UTC)
