Serving as the Director-General of a non notable organisation and being a special adviser to the governor does not meet the criteria for a politician. The sources are either press releases like this, this, this and this or pass mentioned like this and this. Therefore, all the sources cannot count toward WP:GNG and WP: SIGCOV cannot be established.
