- Delete. This reads like an attack page that relates to a possibly notable business scandal. The title "shell creation group" was not the name of any of the businesses involved, but rather is a label hung on the alleged conspiracy by SEC investigators, who claim that it was used to create corporate shells. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 18:09, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete – With no prejudice at this time, as non-notable. As the references show here, it is not an attack piece, [1], but rather an ongoing investigation by the SEC as Smerdis of Tlön pointed out.
