Leaning Delete: Persian wikipedia article is fa:شیوا_مقانلو (awful robotranslation). She has had some success as a translator, with evidence of shortlisting for a translation here. That, however, does not meet WP:ANYBIO#1, and maybe wouldn't even if she had won. Nor does she appear to meet WP:CREATIVE yet based on available sources. She has quite a few GNews hits but (a sample of) these do not appear to pass the bar for WP:GNG (when robotranslated). WP:CREATIVE is probably the easiest to establish —- what articles (etc) are there which focus qualitatively on her work as a translator and/or editor, etc.?
