The result was redirect to National_Institute_of_Technology,_Warangal#Student_activities. This AFD has been open long enough. Since Sandstein didn't think consensus was sufficient to delete this article (and it has been relisted again since then) I'm going to close this as a redirect per WP:NSUPER.
