- Weak keep. The farm is marginally notable; it contains heritage buildings and appears to be a tourist attraction. I've added some detail and some refs. If not kept, then Merge and redirect to Cheviot, New Zealand.

- Week Keep I hope editors with knowledge of the region can develop it, since I found the topic intrinsically interesting, though insufficiently developed. If there were one or two more third party reference, I'd fully opt to keep the article; see proposed buildings and structures guidelines.
