Marking this article for deletion on 12 Oct, 2011. Subject matter of article is already covered in much greater depth and in a more structured fashion with section for both side's viewpoints here Sinking of PNS Ghazi, Operation Trident (Indo-Pakistani War of 1971), Operation Python, Indo-Pakistani war of 1971, Indo-Pakistani Naval War of 1971 and PNS Hangor.
The article is basically based on copy-paste from other articles, original research and forum site Pakdef.

- No vote yet. At the first sight it appears to be WP:SYNTH of arbitrary grouping; why not Celebrity deaths, 1972 and zillions of other titles? On the other hand, it appears about something cohesive during a particualr war. May be a better title and better sources will help to clarify whether this is a well-defined subject. - Strong Delete -The article certainly looks WP:SYNTH and is a absolute copy of the references specially of pakdef.info to an extent that even the tense in the article is the same as that of references. Certainly looks redundant and a case of content fork. Even if it is not removed the references of unreliable pakdef.info should be removed.--UplinkAnsh (talk) 05:16, 13 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
