Thanks for the heads up! This is simply my WikiAfrica contribution citing something I have seen in my country! I believe deletion will not mean it is false, but maybe the description wasn't fitting! Anyway, I have added a reference from www.scoop.it, hope it shades light on the agency as we look for the final decision.
