Delete Fails WP:GNG, WP:CORP. It doesn't appear to even merit inclusion in a parent article per WP:LOCAL (and yes, I know that's an essay not a policy or guideline). There are over 325,000 condo complexes in the US,[1] and most are not notable. --Ahecht (TALK
