Weak keep. News story about a charity event they put on (in Dutch):[1]. An aside here:[2]. Ah, more coverage is linked to from their "Articles" section:[3]. It seems that because Kessel, Belgium was also the name of a planet in Star Wars, the group unofficially named the town the "Star Wars Municipality of Flanders" in a ceremony with the Mayor in September.[4] Those crazy kids.
