No sources. I can't find where any of this person's works are in print. He "sounds" noteable, but I'm afraid it may be unverifiable. The article kind of reads like a resume with a bunch of info crammed together, so it's hard to sort out what might be noteable and encyclopedic, and what are just accomplishments during his career. I have asked a previous editor for sources, and he/she directed me to the creator of the article, which apparently is no longer active on Wikipedia.
