Delete - fails WP:V and WP:NOR - I find mention of him in antiquarian and genealogical sources, but not of the non-family details of his life, such as the urging of reparations (I see he is on a list of individuals who received reparations, but drawing conclusions from that is OR) and the purchase of Groton Farm.
