History shows that articles for this album have been PROD-ed and AfD-ed multiple times. Current version of article was created after decision to delete in first AfD. But the situation behind this unreleased album has not changed. Its possible existence has been noted in a few possibly reliable sources (for example, [1] and [2]) but the potential release date has only moved from "late 2009" to "early 2010." There is no confirmed released date or track listing. WP:CRYSTAL, WP:HAMMER, WP:V, and WP:NALBUMS are all issues. Also worth discussion is whatever process would be appropriate (WP:SALT?) for preventing recreation of this article until the album really exists. - Delete per nom. This upcoming album still does not appear to meet WP:N or, in particular, WP:NALBUMS. With no confirmed release date or track listing at this time, it also violates WP:CRYSTAL and wears HAMMER pants. Also agree that WP:SALT may be appropriate here.
