The applicable reason for deletion is that this article is a stub dictionary article that has been placed in the wrong project (for a word that probably doesn't satisfy Wiktionary's attestation criteria in any case) and that Wikipedia is not a dictionary. - Comment. You're correct. I must've missed the sentence under CSD G4 where previously speedied content needs to go through AfD if it's recreated, unless a speedy criterion applies again. In this case, the article in question is a neologism and otherwise isn't applicable for speedy; WP:WINAD, I agree, is the criterion to use.
